Clean Surface Technology Co., Ltd. began as the first dedicated manufacturer of mask blanks in Japan in April 1977.
Since then, the Company has developed a strong customer base of its cutting-edge products, which range from mask blanks for semiconductors, mask blanks for FPDs, and halftone film.

Following the change in company name to CST Co., Ltd. in April 2023, the Company is looking to make a further leap into the future. We aim to serve as a well-trusted technology company that is quick to respond to customer requests. We continue to take strides as a company that forms an essential part of society as we come together as one to deliver further quality improvements and technological development.

Looking ahead, we will endeavor to contribute to society while maintaining a harmonious relationship with society as part of efforts to create a sustainable society as a good corporate citizen.
