03Handling Jigs and Cases
We also offer handling jigs and cases to accompany blanks.
We have developed handling jigs to improve workability and safety. They can handle insertion, extraction, and setting for cases with sizes as small as 5" to large sizes exceeding 1 m while retaining only the end faces.
We can manufacture board cases from single units according to size, board thickness, and number of units.
Cases are made of vinyl chloride, which ensures light-shielding properties and sufficient strength to prevent risk of resist exposure.

It all started when a customer wanted us to sell them a jig we were using in-house.
Subsequently, we expanded our lineup to round, disk, and large boards.
We also offer customizations and options to suit your process and application.
Ex: Material quality for grippers (board retention parts), shape alterations, Teflon coatings for frames, etc. -

Large Handling Jig
In the over thirty years that CST has been selling handling jigs, they have become a necessity for large boards.
Large, heavy boards can be securely stored in cases, removed, and set in the equipment by retaining only the end faces, and can be used in various situations such as polishing, cleaning, and removal from and attachment to inspection equipment.
Handling jigs with variations in board size and number of retention points allow flexible handling of even large boards. -

We can supply various case types, including PVC cases, antistatic PVC cases (Takiron), aluminum cases (for extra-large sizes), and cases for small blanks.
